We offer year-round service through flexible monthly and bi-monthly plans starting at just $40 per cleaning. Seasonal (quarterly) cleanings are also available, and we provide convenient one-time cleanings; perfect for move-outs, post-events, or vacation rentals. All base pricing includes 2 bins. Need more? Add additional bins for just $10 each with recurring service, or $15 each for one-time cleanings. Need an extra visit? Additional cleanings are available upon request and billed separately at a 25% discount off your recurring service rate. There’s no long-term contract, just a 3-cleaning minimum to get started. Plans automatically renew every 4 or 8 weeks for maximum convenience.
